Can Coffee Help Diabetes?

Cases of Type 2 diabetes are constantly rising. Type 2 diabetes is sometimes referred to as a ‘lifestyle’ disease, since it is linked to factors such as diet and exercise . In fact, even small children are now developing the disease, which used to be called ‘adult-onset diabetes’.

The following article takes a look at a recent study that found that those who consumed coffee were less likely to develop Type 2 diabetes. In fact, researchers found that men and women drinking anywhere from 3 to 10 cups a day could reduce their chances of developing the disease from 30 percent to nearly 80 percent. The article gives statistics on men vs. women and proves some very interesting results.
