Social Security Disability SSI - Suggestions anyone?

I've never heard of this before, but, apparently, the social security administration is reaching out to social security disability and SSI beneficiaries so they may express their thoughts on how SSA disability programs work and how they can (watch out) be improved for people who want to work.

My gut feeling on this is that everything the federal government and the social security administration does these days has future anticipated costs and cost-cutting in mind.
